Exterior color maintenance policy

Board Resolution
The board resolved to outline the color expectations for architectural outdoor items such as paint, trim, shutters, garage doors, doors, roofs, etc. The approved color pallet is OVATION MASTIC. The colors in this line are approved for every house within the community. There is not a preferred brand for paint, the residents must color match as best as possible, and provide a sample of their chosen color for board approval before any work is done.

NO EXCEPTIONS: ALL variations in color need to be approved by the Board of Directors. This policy will take effect immediately.

Exterior work of ANY TYPE that is completed without board approval may need to be redone by completing a new alteration / modification form, using an approved color, and sent to the board for approval before any work commences. This re-work will be done at the homeowner's expense. Any legal fees incurred to resolve the exterior matter will be the responsibility of the homeowner as well.

PAINT COLORS: OVATION MASTIC APPROVED COLORS

The board has added black and rustic cedar on the approved color palette for roof/shingles.
