Communication with the Board of Directors is primarily done through KC Property Service, the property manager (248-586-9700).

Policy and rules concerns and issues should be directed to KC Property Service. KC Property Service presents these written communications to the Board at the meetings for the Board's consideration and action. Homeowners may also attend the regular monthly meetings and address the Board on un-agendized business during the open forum.
